I have been offered a job in ciaro .i am white european male 45 year old聽 .i have been told cairo can be a lovley place to visit but the air quality amd polution is so bad thst ypir health will suffer . Please advise if this is correct as if i take the job i will live in ciaro for at least 1 to 2 years ..

So would apprwciate honest replybwether it is so bad聽 for breathing air etc wether i should except the job

It's the city so yeah the air is quite polluted. But like unless you keep inhaling all the possible particulates all the time, it shan't be that epidemic.
