Hi expats,I have just learned about this blog..
I am in Tripoli since July and I will stay here until september-october.
I am currently living in an hotel where it is also located my office... basically I go out of the hotel only for the meetings!!
I have a desperate need of social life!

Hi Tripoli..
I am new to Dubai and can understand your situation.
I have some friends and relatives here so i feel lucky sometimes but i cant be with them all the time . so i do need a social life as u need...

Anyways .. you are most welcome to contact and be in touch
My salary is not v. much so we cant go out everyday but sure we can spend some time together .

Joking aside there isn't much to do in Tripoli besides hanging out with friends, and I guess you have to make friends somehow!

you can try going to cafes such as cafe de roma or o2... there you can socialize with people on the next table : ) ..... thats how I get to make new friends
