Chiropractors in Tripoli

Does anyone know if there are any chiropractors here, I've got more than a few back problems due to having fractured vertebrae in the past and I tweaked my back a few days ago.. I'm now on day four of a constant headache, not to mention the back and neck pain..

Any help and advice would be appreciated! :D

Cant you fly home for the weekend? It sounds serious
Would probably take over a week just to get my exit visa issued.. ah the joys.聽 I'll have work send me to the oil clinic tomorrow, but they'll prob just do what they did before and give me a bunch of painkillers and muscle relaxants.. fine in the short term, but not so great if something is out of place.. ho hum! :D
Well I'm sure you realize the severity of back trouble. I want to believe that ANY back/joints problem can be fixed with gentle dynamic stretching, mobility drills and a good night sleep. But with a fractured vertebrae on your resume I suspect you've already tried everything you could do on your own and didn't work, right?

I wouldn't even risk going to a local chiropractic without a recommendation from a reputable non-local professional. This is an emergency. I would get my visa straight during the next week or two, and perhaps with enough rest it just recovers on its own during that time.
P.S. may I ask how did you 'tweak' it? what were you doing? Heavy weight? sloppy form on a movement?
Nope, just moved a chair.. A few months back I slipped in the shower and had a couple weeks of back spasm, and it's been pretty flakey since then.聽 I'd been problem free for a few years thanks to keeping the muscles in a good state but once I fell.. blammo.聽 Off we go..聽 As the injury rundown is a)fractured c2 (on a horse, hit by a car) b) fractured t10 (slipped on a flight of stairs) and c) soft tissue damage from a car crash i'm used to having to stretch out and all the rest of it but this time it's really not letting up.. lol I'm getting on my OWN nerves! :D
Just rest. I don't know anyone in Tripoli whom I would trust. If other members know someone, I'm sure it'll help. In the meantime you contact good chiropractics at home to see if they can refer you to someone in Libya. And get that visa thing going too.
I wouldn't fight it. I would even exaggerate and pretend I cant move at all or something of that'll get me to a proper facility faster.
