Eating out
I would start with Alfarooj fastfood. Formerly was managed by cookdoor.

tarekuaee wrote:A lot of info for me in here guys can you till me what is the cost of meals in kook door?
Tarek - CookDoor no longer exists - its been taken over by Al Farouj (see the first post at top of page....聽 ;-)) - also fast food, but specialising in chicken - the decor hasnt changed much - and the food is as good if not better - and the staff friendlier and more helpful, especially when it comes to birthday parties!!聽 :-)
Another coffee shop that is fast becoming a favourite that I was just introduced to by a friend is Diplomacy Cafe near the Ministry of the Interior I think - close to the Radisson on the sea front.聽 Again, excellent coffee and cakes - and their burger is pretty good, too......聽 :-)
also will create a lot of workforce also
and happy time for expats over there , how much does they sale one chicken meal in al faroj ?

Hi Tarek
I think it's prices are relatively moderate. I was disappointed with their charcoal grilled chicken. The picture in the menu is more or less fine art
The deep fried chicken is delicious + humms + salads too
You chose the fish and they cook it for you plus salad and other stuff.
It's worth visiting..

Thank you very much. Do you have their phone number so that I can check whether they are still working?

Thank you for your info. It is really helpful. If you have their phone number it will be really useful to check whether they are still working?
We could arrange a dinner there. Ciao!
