This may be a futile question but does anyone know of a decent hair salon in Tripoli for blonde highlights? Any recommendations would be hugely appreciated.

I understand that Sheila (the American) has finally returned and is taking care of customers.聽聽i don't have number, but I think it was published a few weeks ago so if you do a search, I am sure it will turn up.聽 Goood luck..

Good news ladies, the Palm City Beauty Parlor has now opened for cuts, colors, mani/pedis, etc... They just opened so cannot attest to their work, but will definitely be giving it a try.

It's called Lina Beauty Center - 092-497-5562 or 021-728-4318 and they speak English and well Russian.

Irina does my color. I have not had a hair cut yet. I'm happy with the service and they are professional. Single process color is 55 LDY and they use L'Oreal professional color. I'm not a blond so I can't tell you how they do with highlights or lighteners.
