I鈥檓 also from Balaclava and would highly recommend it. Jacaranda is just a 2-minute walk from the beach, located next to some of the island鈥檚 top 5-star hotels, and the beach is usually quiet and uncrowded.

Weather-wise, it's sunny around 320 days a year. Even when there鈥檚 heavy rain at the Arsenal entrance of Balaclava, it鈥檚 often still dry in Balaclava itself鈥攁bout 95% of the time.

As for traffic, peak hours in the morning and afternoon can be challenging, but outside those times, it鈥檚 generally smooth.

No issues with utilities throughout the year.

The only downside is that you鈥檒l definitely need a car, as there are no shops nearby鈥攖hough personally, I see that as a plus, since it keeps the area peaceful and serene.

I've read a lot and seen a few offers, but this property fascinates me.

The peace and quiet, the possibility of holiday rentals, etc., and simply the houses themselves.

its not by the sea but close..you have to drive and go see before. No bus access.
