Gym for Weightlifting in Casablanca

Hi! I am a female student moving to Casablanca and I would like to continue with my weight training program. Does anyone know of an affordable gym in which I can lift heavy weights (i.e. do squats - no Smith machine, deadlifts and overhead presses)?

Hey,

There are numerous gyms in casablanca of which I think the best are Sports Plazza and City Club. If you need any further info dont hesitate. I workout in both of these myself.

Do they have racks for doing squats? Also how much are the monthly fees?

Yup, they do have racks for squats. I think they do mainly annual subscriptions but will enquire about monthly fee. If you want a guest pass to try out the gym, let me know. Should be able to get you one.

Hey,

I live in Nouaceur near the airport, so I'm looking for a good gym in Sidi Marouf, but don't mind any where else in Casablanca. Is there a City Sport or Sports Plazza in Sidi Marouf?

Hey Schic,

Did you manage to find a good gym? I know the thread is a year old now and I was wondering if you were able to find a place with olympic bars, good weights, or perhaps even a platform.
I will be moving to Casa in two weeks and would hope to continue my olympic weightlifting training there.
