Hey,
There are bars and clubs along the corniche, near the McDonald. Drinks are not the cheapest, but entry is free. There are also some in Maarif, near the Twin Centre and quite close to the Gauthier hotel. Another area where you can find bars is Hassan 2. Tao Casablanca is an Asian restaurant with a nice bar (although small). Just ask for the bar and they will let you in by a side entrance.
And there is a restaurant called Bodega, near the centre where they serve alcohol and play music. I hope you have a good experience.
