Hi thanks for your quick respond I am the travel agency with the company namely saitravstyle tours and safaris in Tanzania. I received travel inquiry from CHINA  XIÂ’AN L-B. TRADING CO., LTD.  They insist  me to sign contract with them in China, I gave them the option to do so in Chinese Embassy in Tanzania or to send their representative in my country but they refuse. My doubts are what if they are scarmers or human trafficking as when I try to Google the company I don't get clear information. Any help please

We received exactly the same query for same number of people and even for arranging the travel on the same dates as mentioned to you, in August for 270 Pax in three phases to travel in India. We took time in responding them, thinking that these were fake, but then when we gave them the quotation. Without much hesitation, they agreed for our quotation but insisted to sign contract at their office in China. I insisted similar request as made by you to them, but they were adamant in signing contract at their office only.Today was the last conversation we held and I started searching for their stuff on google and found your query.

I searched similar findings as what Flemming got hold of. Well at the end, we consider and confirm that this company and this imposter M...... are Fake People and all this stuff is all nonsense.

but their still many other company names and business information about this cell number, and the most likely what the company doing is trading business with imports and exports in China.

Hi all, I have also been contacted by this company.
We are a small insulation business in UK, and they asked us to quote for supply of insulation panels.
We have exchanged several emails and now they ask us to send Engineer to China.
Now I dont know if this company is genuine or not.
He has a name, phone number, address, email but no website directly.
I have heard that business is done differently in China - I mean that companies trade in many different commodities, not just specialise in certain products, so I dont know.
Any help appreciated!

If this is a genuine company, we need real evidence or proof of this.

Perhaps, if you are in China, you can make contact and ask for company registration details, proof of taxes paid, and company financial accounts.
This is what we would have to prove to show we are a genuine UK company.
If you can get this, please pass it on and publish it here.

what I provided was just the contact information or website of the company, which was totally nothing big deal.
what you need, if i understood correctly, is the investigation of a company in China, which was not so simple as it was outside China. There should be some way to solve your problems but I think that will cost professional service in China.

I have already take an appoitment to get to China as friends told me that Chinese people lilke to treat face to face.
I am suppose to get to the consulate (5hrs away) this weekend.
I now wonder what to do and why would this chinese company to all that!

I would very much appreciate feedback from the person going to meet them. I have also been offered a translation job from them with a contract which mentions having to sign at a notary in china, so I guess they will also require from me to travel to China.

I think this is a scam website set up to give a minimum legitimacy. Why? Started only in March 2014. Second there seems to be no Chinese part of the site. Third if you look at the site its ok, but as you dig deeper there is nothing behind it.

We are in industrial fertilisers and we ve been contacted by them - I becoming more and more sure they are scammers.

I think the trick is that they ensure you they will pay certain amount in advance for the service or product (usually a big one). But then they tell you that the want to have the contract certified by a notary in China and that costs must be split between the two. I suspect they will dissappear once one of us pays for its half of the notary costs.

I have written to them saying that I agree to pay for the notary costs as long as it is after they pay me the first 30% for the work. Let´s see what happens now.

The most common scam I've seen a lot of recently is they give you an order for say 5,000 but "by mistake" they pay you 55,000 - and request the return of the extra funds. What many people don't realise is that in international banking it can take 10 days for the money to clear - so the victim can pay back the extra 50,000 only to see all the 55,000 withdrawn from their account a few days later.
In this case I have written to him on Chinese to say that I am on to him and believe him to be a scammer and he'd better come up with some proof pdq, like names of suppliers and customers or just F off and stop wasting my time. If I get replies or not I will tell you.

As for the scam to which you refer I've never heard of it, but I guess if you can get lots of small bites of a few hundred dollars in China each hit is 1 months salary.

In some Russian forums I red, what scam may consist in the fact that you have to pay several thousand US dollars for  notarizing contract by the Notary Office of the Chinese Government.
For that reason seller must go to China.

My advice - don't even think about going to see them. Once you are in China you are on your own, and people disappear in China all the time.

Very funny ready to buy porcelaine instead of wood 

My question is, it would be nice if he sent 55,000 to each one of us, hoping to do the scam, it becames clear on our accounts and we never return it!    I really find they risk too much doing that. Very lucky to find honest people who return the 50,000!
