I'm all educated.

I spent a couple of years in Wonosobo and came across this a lot but had no idea of it's name.

I can assure the OP this is alive and very much well in Central Java. These guys, for 'tis usually guys, are all over the place and charge handsomely for their services.

I like dunkin donuts. They do very nice sandwiches as well and their fresh orange juice is lovely.

I can聮t speak for Dukuns (I live in Bali) but as for Balians聟there is something more to that than superstitions, urban legends and black magic. Of that I have utmost certainty.
