It's simple

Apply for jobs

If you get accepted, the company will make all the arrangements including flights

The company pays for everything

You have to sign a few immigration documents and have photos taken.

That's really about that.

As for finding jobs:

Look up companies in your field

Find their contact details

email them and see what happens
