Hi,

Thank you in advance for taking time over my post. I am looking for advice on the talent pass.

I worked in Malaysia for 6 years with a salary above the 15K requirement for the TP. I left the country for two years and now have the opportunity to return to KL. Can i use my previous 6 years employment towards a TP request or do i need to build the three year requirement again before i apply?

I should add that i am 46. If this is possible can i reapply for a TP in 10 years and what is the current chance of approval?

I think maybe you can try just pay a bit of 300rm. As long you meet the Rm 15k above and use the latest EA form. If not approve you can still apply after 6 months. yeah just give a try.
