You just get VDR single entry from Malaysian consulate in India.

After entering Malaysia on that visa the passport is sent to immigration for the DP to be issued

The VDR takes 4-5 days to process but some prep work needed. Check OSC or VFS websites

Unknown. Depends on how busy immigration department is at the moment, but hopefully  within 20 working days i.e. 1 month. However Public Holidays will cause  delays because of office closures.

The child also needs a Dependent Pass (just like the non-working parent)

To work in Malaysia need to change the DP for an EP. The employer makes the application.

We can search job on dp visa once need to join we need to change to Ep

Hi my agent telling all our documents are cleared for me and my child but embassy people take some time to update in system how long they will take to give visa for us on 9th August on wards same status pass approval  past 1 week that guy telling waiting for system update.

It's public holiday this week so not much action You still need VDR approval then to collect the VDR in India (Chennai, Mumbai or Dehli) so at least 2 more weeks I would say

VDR plan ok my husband telling they will give visa within 1week so only waiting for that how long to more to get visa from there

You have to apply for the VDRs through OSC or VRF

Its not done at the Embassy its Malaysian Immigration who process requests. Did your husband get his EP stamped already?
