Going back to SG but I had unpaid credit card before.

Hello. I'm currently in Philippines. I'm planning to return to Singapore soon. And I had a $500 credit card unpaid there. But that

was 10 years ago. I wasn't able to pay before because I was bankrupt and forgot to pay as the years go by. Can I still re-enter Singapore? And I will work there with the same boss. And of course, I'm planning to pay as soon as I get there. Am I getting arrested? Please help. Thank you
