Hello @Patrick Collison,

Based on your statement, it seems to me that application date is considered by MOM for the EP salary limit.

eg:

i am 27yrs and will be 28yrs on Oct1 2024. My company applied for EP on 16Sep2024 with Salary matching with MOM min salary requirement of 6000. So no matter whether MOM process the application after 1oct, i am still considered as 27yrs when it comes to EP salary limit requirement

please let me know if my understanding is NOT correct. Thanks

Hello Beppi,

My EP got approved before my birthday itself. So we still dont have info whether EP application date will be considered or DOB is considered for the salary limit requirement

EP applied on 16Sep

EP approved on 23Sep

Was your offer in such a way you only meet the qualifying salary for Age 27 but NOT Age 28? (e.g. your offer is 6k) I'm facing a predicament but for Renewals. (e.g. Pass Expires at 07.2026 but birthday is at 05.2026 but can renew at 02.2026).
