Verification of documents taking so long

I have given my Degree verification to RMI on December 7th till now verification not yet done. this month my pass going expire.

my question is that can i get Extension from MOM because of waiting Document verification? Application is not submitted yet for Ep. once receive RMI verification we submit pass renewal application.

what i have to if RMI verification agency taking so long time for verification?

anybody got delayed for document verification from Verification agencies?

You could engage another verification agent, there are several. Maybe they will work faster?

Or your employer can contact MoM about a temporary extension due to the verification process taking longer.

My verification was also taking long. I emailed the agency and it turned out that they used an old email address of my university faculty. Things started moving once I gave them a correct one.

yes they are so crazy. don't have proper verification details they are doing businesses 馃槙 . even my university replied me within 1 day saying my application have been process. but still not received report from RMI till now 馃槙. i want to complain to MOM regarding this RMI that there are not having proper contact details of universities and making delay in applications.
