i wanted to know my spouse is PR. when applying LTVP for me and now im in india. my address to use in application which one? do i need to add my spouse's Singapore address or have to mention my india address?

Depending on what the form you are filling wants, you should give the address you are living at or the address where you are reachable.

My spouse is PR聽 Sponcer,

I'm an applicant. my question is I'm working in Singapore 10 years already.

do i need to upload my payslips and Income tax and educational documents being Applicant or only enough Spouse's Payslips and Income tax and cpf ?

LTVP holders cannot work or earn anything, thus the application depends only on your spouse's income. So send documentation of that!
