Am vikram, am very new to this forum...I have one doubt about the Singapore EP.
I visited Singapore on April.2012 by using Social Visit Pass, later I got an opportunity over there and I got my EP, I worked over there around 2 months and i came back form Singapore on August,2012 due to my 2 months project completion, So my Query here that if i apply for Social Visit Pass again to visit Singapore, will it be work out or not..because Singapore immigration will thought that this person is coming back again for job search..This is the major concern from my side.

Hi ,after 15 days gap you can come here on a visit pass.Singapore is very friendly for employment holders.

Job search is allowed on SVP, but work is not.
Whether you get an SVP or not depends on if the authorities think you'll work illegally or not, so tell them a good reason for your visit.

For example visiting relatives or friends, if you have any. Or (if a short visit) stopover on聽 the way to somewhere. Be prepared to show your relative/friend's address and/or flight tickets if they ask.
While job search on SVP is legal, telling them so will raise suspicions that you might also consider working illegally. In that case it depends on聽 your profession and whether illegal work is endemic in that field in Singapore.

hi vikram, it is absolutely ok for u to enter sgp on visit pass, you can just state "holiday/leisure-purpose". however, you must know that it is very difficult to get a work pass nowadays because of the conditions and the authority is tightening the rules.
