Any one here got refusal entry to singapare聽 then after 2years you planing visit singapore聽 again did still cant wellcome聽 to singapore..?

You should contact ICA and ask if there is a ban still outstanding.
If not, you can enter (bring a copy of their reply along, just in case!).
If yes, ask how the ban can be liften - then follow their instructions.
Do not try to enter without first contacting ICA!

Hai surya ..i need to ask again ..how if i come singapore with IPA..didt i still have to comfinm with ICA..or i just come show yo them my IPA..?

Even with IPA, Immigration can stop you from entering if there is any adverse record. So you should check with ICA and get a letter from them along with IPA
