I also want to know if they refuse me again this time they will give me a to a right? Since im flying from kota kinabalu and my return ticket is also here. Are they going to send me back here or they ask me to book ticket fly back to my hometown Philippines..  because I actually dont want to go back Philippines(personal topic) so that is also one of my problem and reason why i am afraid to try visiting Singapore again.

You should just mention the details of your denied entry case and ask if there is a ban or other problems entering again now.
It is impossible to foresee what immigrations officers would do with you (and where they send you) in case you are denied entry again. That's the risk you take!
