applying for s pass while the old one is expiring

hi, my employer renewed my s pass but was rejected due to no quota.

im looking for a job and it looks like i may be offered a job end of April or first week of May or mid May (hopefully im not over optimistic lol). my pass is expiring 22 may. should i inform the potential new employer about my expiry date?

i hope first week of may to 22 june is enough for me to wait for new s pass application results but also at same time i dont want to cause any loss or discomfort for my potential new employer

There isn't much your new employer can do to influence the pass approval time.
I would nevertheless tell them about the situation, I think.
