IPA in itself serves as an approval for you to secure your work permit (as relevant), and your entry visa to Singapore.

However, in the current situation, just don鈥檛 book a flight and take off to SG from wherever you are. You have to ensure the country you are currently in, isn鈥檛 flagged as 鈥榟igh risk鈥� and you secure the safe entry approval before flying in as per the Govt mandate for any/ all incoming passengers. You also need to be prepared to serve the mandated quarantine.

Read the IPA letter please, you would have gotten a copy of it as the applicant, it clearly reads that it is your entry permit to SG and also the HR of your firm would advice you on the next steps once you arrive to SG to secure your permit to work.

I am very sure you鈥檒l need an entry permit if you鈥檙e traveling from a higher risk country. Please check the MoM website for more details on entry requirements and restrictions.
