While on Pass Appeal (Renewal), should employee continue working or should stop and wait till approved?

Hi Enragedtyp,

You may continue to work until the validity of your pass only. Your employer can also聽 request a special extension to MOM if there is聽 a pending appeal so that you can continue to work.

HR would already aware of this, isn鈥檛 that the case? MoM has pretty stringent guidelines, in fact your HR will be or should be guiding you in this scenario.

Yes and you are correct my HR should be aware of this.聽 I will just inform them and make sure they are familiar.聽 Our HR person is new and I just dont want to take any chances.聽 Again, thank you all for responding.
