Ep withdrawal after rejection

Hi

Pardon if this query was already asked in this forum.
My EP was rejected around 3week ago and an appeal was made and recently I tried contacting the HR but there is no response.

If the appeal was rejected, should the application be withdrawn or it is considered withdrawn implicitly? Will that's status in epol change from rejected?

The application process automatically ends with a rejection (also of an appeal).
the employer doesn't seem to share with me the outcome of the appeal even after 4 weeks(of appeal). Do i consider it the end of the application cycle or need to withdraw if i cannot wait?
They can鈥檛 tell you what the have received as the outcome/ reason for rejection or they haven鈥檛 heard back at all from MoM as yet?
Since they haven't come back on my reply I am assuming they haven't got any from MoM.

If that is the case till what point can this be like this? (its been 4聽 weeks since appeal)
Can any other company apply for new EP at this moment?

Four weeks is not long - read the many posts about work pass application processing times!

No.

Do you mean the whole application processing time ( fresh application plus appeal ) or just appeal?
I meant 4 weeks for just appeal, before that it took 3聽 weeks for rejection outcome.

still normal at these times?
An appeal potentially goes through the same steps and checks as a new application.
It is therefore not necessarily faster.

That鈥檚 accurate, appeal status can鈥檛 be checked. Your application submitter gets notified once a decision is made. If approved, it shows up on EPOnline too else it remains rejected.

Seems status can be seen by the employer?

Hey Loic,

May I ask, is your position at a startup company? I think its tougher for a startup to justify higher salary than MNCs from what i've read!

Do you mean to say that appeal status can't be checked by employer/submitter unless it's approved (just like us, applicants) ?聽 "our application submitter gets notified once a decision is made" - it includes either approval or rejection of appeal right? I would like to know whether the employer/submitter can get to know when the appeal is rejected too?

Appeal status again, can鈥檛 be seen by anyone. The only difference is that the employer sees submitted, also gets the notification when a final decision is made.
