Hi,
My appeal got rejected saying 'we have considered the information and documents provided and are unable to approve the appeal"

Does anyone know what does this means or faced a similar reply from them?

This means your EP application is rejected.
The employer can try to contact MoM to find out more about the reason.

Hi, my employer did check but they are unable to give a reasoning reg that. tried calling at their call center at 64385122. is there any other number or a way we can connect with the officer who reviewed the app?

You can鈥檛 call an officer directly, you can follow up on the MoM hotline and 鈥榬equest鈥� to speak with the case officer to get clarity. You need to be persistent with your attempts to get connected.
