Hi

Today my EP 1st appeal rejected. My employer told second appeal option is available.

What is the procedure for second appeal and processing time ?

Any chance to get approve EP for second appeal.

Of course there is a chance to get a second appeal approved, if the employer (with your help) addresses (i.e. removes, in MoM鈥檚 eyes) the rejection reasons of the original application and the first appeal.
Ask yourself: Why was I rejected? What was submitted in the appeal to remove the causes? What else could be submitted to make my case stronger?
