work permit to Spass

hi my name is raj FROM INDIA currently holding workpermit and looking for another job . few weeks ago i got a job offer but they dont have workpermit quota for indiaN as its service sector but they got spass quota . i got professional certificates only dont have diploma or degree. and i am working in singapore morethan 8 years .am i eligible to spass and mom will check my past salary details? coz my current salary is less聽 2000 .but the new employer offer me around 2900 .somebody in a forum told that if we work in singapore morethan 6 years we no need to give qualififcation deetails .can apply spass without mention the qualifications .

The obvious problem are unpublished criteria, like the exact salary minimums. I personally think S$2900/month might not be enough for 8 years applicable work experience.
