Hi! Sorry just wondering, if you are on LTVP, can鈥檛 you work and you won鈥檛 have to apply for an S Pass? I thought that was possible? Like you can work without quota requirements if you are on LTVP?

My LTVP is from ICA under the graduate scheme, thus I would still need a valid working pass(S Pass, E Pass) to work in Singapore

You may confuse this with the LTVP+, which allowed work with an additional LoC. But the LTVP+ no longer exists.

You can鈥檛 work on LTVP or STVP, you need relevant passes (PEP, EP, S-Pass etc) or a literal upgrade to PR/ Citizenship to be able to work in Singapore.

but do i still have to surrender my LTVP card to ICA?

Your LTVP will be cancelled. The card is irrelevant.
