Hi armand.. Ths s an old post. hehehe.. but anyway.. yeah..we forgnrs are allowed to get the drvers licence. there are 3 steps they said and first 1 is the wrtten examination..(dont worry they.are giving exam wrtten n english lanhuage.. and u can also find sone reviewers online. Im planning to have one soon.. ill let u know once i started the process.
