@Raymond Kamma17 if the need of medicines is for long time and expensive then just calculate and compare if what you pay for one year medicines is higher than a flight ticket back to AUS. then consider to go make a stock and come back Thailand with it in your bag.

Or try at a Thai public hospital and meet a doctor that after a short interview can prescribe and provide the medicines from hospital's pharmacy directly.

Other possibility if you stay in Bangkok, get to Siriraj (pron.: sirirat) hospital area and just opposite there is the Diamond pharmacy which is a very big one and has any kind and ask the price.
