Registered already never heard anything back drove to Mahasarakham and received the shot 10 days ago

Maybe because 2nd (booster) jab needed for most vaccines, except the Johnson & Johnson 'Janssen" vaccine

that is correct i will need a second dose, and it would be easier to get it here rather than drive 12 hrs to Mahasarakham

You are supposed to get the second jab where you got the first one. You can't change location because you're registered where you went the first time.
