From my experience of 3 years living here people have very little regards for animal rules with in an apartment... For example where I live there is a strict no animal policy yet I know of a few people with little white fluffy dogs anyway.. so keep that in mind when looking and think about how easy you can get your dog out for a walk with little attention.

I recomment Movenpick Ekkamai Residence, i myself lived there for 1 year and they have a very nice garden, place for dogs on the 6th Floor. Quite practical in this city
