Bonjour,

Je suis 脿 la recherche des informations pour ouvrir un cabinet au Vietnam.
Une recherche internet ne m'a pas permit de savoir si la loi vietnamienne permet de pratiquer des soins aux personnes avec un dipl么me 茅tranger.

Mon cabinet sera surtout de prodiguer des soins 脿 des exparts 脿 domicile.

Sorry first , i thought i posted on french expat forum but i will translate.

I am looking for useful information about law and rules to run a nursing home care for expat in Vietnam. I had foreign nurse diploma and just wonder if i can pratice in Vietnam as private nursing - no in government hospital . I asked them already , i have to past vnese nurse exam if i want work with vnese hospital.

I think Yen meant by needing Vietnamese partner is Vietnamese local to run a business without much elaboration. Or at the very least have the business in the name of a Vietnamese citizen.
