need help with a translation

long story short, brothers going through a tough time with his lady.
he cant read vietnamese.
said i would help translate it but cant figure out with all the shortened words and lack of accents.

anybody who can assist would be appreciated.

Sometimes I have no idea why Vietnamese using short forum聽 whenever they knew foreigners can't speak or read Vietnamese

Hey... i think i have managed to figure out most of the Vietnamese short language.

are you able to make sense of it now.
the accents might be wrong but if you have time can you try to figure it out for me.
