How to pay vietnamese tax on dividends from stock shares ?

Laurent futur Nha Trang

I am French. I am retired. I live in Vietnam (with 3 months tourism visa). I have never worked in Vietnam, however I got a vietnamese TIN (tax identification number). I spend all my time in Vietnam, so I am, of course, considered as a non fiscal résident in France by french tax administration. I am retired from state administration, so I have to pay to french administration my taxes about my state pension. Until that, it's a very classic situation. No problem with this.
But for few reasons very difficult to explain here, I have to prove to french administration I make every year a tax report to vietnamese tax administration.
So, I would like to declare some dividends on french stock shares. According the tax treaty between France and Vietnam, French dividends are taxable in Vietnam because I live in Vietnam. So, I would like to know how to declare and pay theses taxes on these dividends. I found a form for that : form 04/NNG-TNCN. It seems taxes on dividends are 5%. Ok.
So,  now, I would like to know how to do with this filled and signed form : how to pay and how to get a report of my tax payment in order to show it to french tax administration ?
Thanks in advance :-)
Laurent

You need to find an accountant who does taxes, or other words, does the set of business books that the government will see.
They will understand how to show you paid your taxes and get you the appropriate stamps to satisfy the French.
I'll send this to my GF who used to do the above and see what she says.
I'll PM you.
