What are the best sources of info for somebody looking to rent a room or a flat in HCM, short term?

I have come across a couple of websites on the internet, but is there a specialist local paper dealing with this? Or estate agents?

I used these websites to look for an apartment

vnrental.com

ended up renting one arranged by the last one but all 3 seem to be alright. I spoke to all of them and they had good service
