They seems open for Cafe and Restaurant on there. So we have to wait until they advise to open it.

Up to now, the Food court in Bitexco hasn't opened yet. i hear that it'll be located of 6th floor.

However, the Hog's Breath cafe &restaurant is already at the ground floor. I think that you can enjoy food here, it's good as my experience.

Restaurant on top floor not open yet. I visited the viewing gallery last month. Breath-taking... best time to visit is around 430pm and wait for sun set. So you get two views- day and night.

Thank you very much for your information, Rosy Hoang and andrewong2024. I went there and the restaurant at the top of the tower is not open. It'll be open this December. :-)

The Hog's Breath Cafe is related to the one at Chijmes in Singapore - the chef is from there! Try the local Vietnamese food there, it is great and the beef stew is made by a local... so it is really delicious! I go there once a week, for lunch...
