Hi John,
I've just read your post, i'm Datto, Vietnamese, livin in HCMC but i grew up in Hue. As you can see, Hue is not a big city as HCMC or Ha Noi. It dosen't mean no chance for job there. If you want to work there, i think you should travel first, as the other expats about there job there. More and more expat living there. There are some international schools there, hotels, companies which require expat staffs. Then decide what will u do.

I saw a Tourism Company, they offer a job with Sale and Marketing
That name is VM Travel in Hue, you can contact them by thier website on google.
