Not used them, but I know for sure that this is not a vietnam government website. a bit cheeky of them to make it sound like they are part of govt.

I used to think all vietnam government websites are gov.vn, but it seems that is not the case. Even a website called vietnam鈥isa.gov.vn
is not an 'official [website] of the Government of Vietnam and have no authority to handle consular services, including issuing visas...':

I've used couple of times. I would recommend the fast track service if you want someone to do the VOA stamp legwork for you and get you on your way quicker when you arrive.
