Looking for work in Antigua

Hi can anyone help I am interested in moving to Antigua but before I can do this I need to find a job and was just wondering if anyone had any ideas of how I could go about this? I have skills in Customer service, law and childcare I would like to work in the hotel industry if anyone could help me please.
