i find the opal /noord/rooi santi area to be great

Hi Scott,

I'm not a full expat in that i am doing the snow bird, 180 day residency only. Started in fall 22. If you are looking to rent, I'd suggest San Nicolas. Yes she will have the commute traffic to the airport but you'll have a better shot at walking to the beach. It's not as over developed as Noord.

I don't mind the 10 min drive to the beach, older and don't have to carry the chair/beach bag as far. I'm in Tanki Lender.聽 Ann
