Translating Passport for Residency?

Hello Expat community,

I am applying for temporary residency, and am in the process of getting my english documents (birth certificate, background check, and consulate registration) translated into spanish by an official translator.聽

Do I also need to get any scanned pages of my passport translated?聽 I have a U.S. passport that was issued this year.
