transportation suggestions

Hi, new to this forum. There are many people flying into Punta Cana in May for my sons wedding at the Iberostar resort. I'm looking for suggestions/advice on which companies to use for transportation to the resort. The one the resort recommends seems sketchy. Thank you in advance!

Welcome to the forums!聽 聽 The Iberostar is a pretty big resort chain here. I am聽 sure they would not recommend a "sketchy"聽 company for their client transfers honey.聽 聽

Try Dominican Airport Transfers. We've used, and recommended them to friends, many times. They're always prompt, courteous, nice vans, etc. Their prices are good also. The one thing to keep in mind with private transfers is whether or not people are arriving on the same flights. Generally the company will ask for flight information and they watch the flight for delays, etc. I don't know how/if they handle "waiting" for multiple flights to arrive so that they can fill the vans. You can send them a message though, and ask.

You have many of them waiting when you exit the airport. Never had an issue with them.

@planner Thanks for your reply the one they recommend is part of their parent company called World2me. there is no website and they haven't responded to emails sent. I called the number and it was some guys cell # and he had to get another guy on the phone because it was his day off. I just didn't trust the whole set up and thought it was strange that there is no website

I am not trying to be a smartass but this is not North America. What you describe is how many businesses are run here. Yes, I know, not very professional but it is what it is.
