Can Candian citizen travell to America's country without Passport?

Hi all:)

i just want to know can canadian citizen ppl travel to sum country like ''Dominic Republic'' or ''Haiti''without passport?

and why sum of canadian citizen cant get their Passport?
is that true?

YOu need a passport to travel to聽 the Dominican Republic and or Haiti!聽

Why they cannot get a passport - they have something in their history that聽 means they cannot leave - crimes commited,聽 owing child support maybe.........聽 not exactly sure.

Add the US to the list that requires a passport to enter the country.
Here in the DR passports have been reuired for the last year.

Canadians DO need a passport!聽 聽Iranians -聽 not sure if they can enter聽 the DR without a visa,聽 do a google search.
