Hello,

This is my first time in the Dominican Republic! So far it seems nice, so I'd like to stay a little longer (till end of August) and explore further. I'm seeking a *furnished* studio ("apartestudio"), 1-bedroom apartment, or Master Bedroom w/ private bathroom, here in Santo Domingo OR Boca Chica. Here is what I am looking for:

Preferred Location and Space

- Walkable, within ~1KM of a supermarket/shopping center.

- Safe environment (preferably with security, but not obligatory)

- Generally quiet, especially at night after 10PM. I can't stay next to super-loud neighbors who shout all the time or blast music at inhuman volumes.

- If possible, an "open floor plan" (I don't do well with claustrophobic spaces).

Amenities

- Stable Internet and WiFi

- Washing machine (a dryer would be nice, but not obligatory)

- Hot water shower

- Air Conditioner (but if you don't have one, we can work something out)

- Microwave oven (but if none, we can work something out)

I didn't intentionally post my budget - we can discuss that privately.聽 Obviously, I'll pay for the whole stay up-front in U$D (rent + utilities + whatever else, all-inclusive).

About me

- 51 years old

- Remote worker (Software Developer AND certified English tutor)

- Fluent/Native English, Intermediate Spanish (me hago entender)

- No parties, no smoking, no drugs, no loud music/TV

- I don't waste utilities (I turn off lights, use minimal water, etc)

- I'm very clean, I maintain my environment, and I respect other peoples' properties and rules
