Warning!! ATM's in Antigua Guatemala

Just to let everyone know that Banco "BAC" across from parque central has machines that are hacked and have been for sometime, it is said that their Data Lines have been compromised and still to date no real solution has been made. Please Google "ATM Fraud Antigua Guatemala" A real nightmare for many tourist, many have been completely wiped out.To my knowledge the other ATM's are safe

Indeed there have been a serious problem with the ATM in Antigua, but the bank have been working on it... you can cash money also directly into the bank sometimes and not use the ATM in the other cities it seems that things are better...

Agreed I was almost a victim myself but thank god that account was empty 2 hrs. later I'd be screwed. Again the only VERIFED reports are from BAC AKA Credomatic.
