Is Caguas (relatively) safe these days?

Hello everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone could give me some inputs about the safety of Caguas particularly Barrio Bonneville Heights and Urbanizaci贸n Mariolga areas.

Are these areas (i.e. Barrio Bonneville Heights and Urbanizaci贸n Mariolga) relatively safe and good places to live or to rent for Airbnb?

Btw, I'm planning to visit the island sometime next week for a week or so to see some properties in Caguas 谩reas.

I would really appreciate any inputs and suggestions. I look forward to hearing from you all!
