San Juan may prohibit short term rentals.

Just an FWI.

I just saw that there is a proposal in front of the municipality board asking to forbid rentals of properties for less than 90 days. If this passes those that run Airbnb, homeaway and others would be affected. Then again it may not pass.

If you are in that line of business you may want to check up on that.

This has been implemented in some cities in the states.

Big pain in the rear of people that purchase property with the idea of short term rentals. Places should at least be grandfathered.
