Query regarding Birth Certificate

Hi,

I want to apply Dependent visa for my wife. But her Birth certificate is missing her name on it.
Is it really required to have a name on it?

As far as I know, currently the Madhya Pradesh government doesn't allow to update the name on the Birth certificate if the age of the person is more than 15 years.

Can someone help or guide us on this?
