Apply for a new SP in Belgium

Hi!

I lost my work, and I have 90 days to apply for the new single permit with my new job. I see that the list of documents include the criminal records and the medical certificate. But I鈥檓 already in Belgium, and it鈥檚 not easy to get, especially criminal records. Is it mistake?

If you change job you also should provide these documents?

You can get PCC(policy clearance certificate) from city hall in one day.
As far as I know,if you are changing from expat to.local contract , PCC is needed first time. It happened with me.

Or maybe(not 100% sure) you can say that it is needed first time while applying by new employer.
